Christopher graduated from Quinnipiac University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science (2003) and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (2005). He went on to further his education at Stony Brook University where he completed his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (2009).
Christopher has had experience in multiple physical therapy settings including acute care and neurological rehabilitation but ultimately found his passion in outpatient orthopaedics.
In 2005 he started working as a staff therapist for Empire Physical Therapy and became Director of the clinic in 2006. For more than a decade, he has focused his practice on manual therapy. Through continuing education, Christopher has broadened his knowledge in numerous areas such as the shoulder, knee, neck and back. He uses advanced manual approaches like Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Graston Technique (certified provider), Kinesiotaping (certified practitioner) and Mulligan concepts (SNAGS and MWMS).
In 2014 Christopher opened Goodman Physical Therapy, where he focused his time and energy into providing quality care and healing to his patients. He has continued to bring enthusiasm and passion to every aspect of his practice.
Jacklyn graduated from Hofstra University with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2014 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017 from Stony Brook University. During her clinical rotations she had various experiences in an acute care, outpatient orthopedics, outpatient pediatrics and a school district, but her true passion lies in orthopedics. She has a strong interest in manual therapy skills and hopes to continue her learning with various continuing education courses in manual therapy and orthopedics while treating at Goodman Physical Therapy.
Jacklyn Plonski, DPT
Dr. Connor Daly is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. A native of West Islip, New York, he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University in 2021. He previously received his Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, and Society from Farmingdale State College in 2018.
Dr. Daly’s clinical experience is primarily in outpatient rehabilitation, where he has treated a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, post-operative cases, gait and balance dysfunction, and return-to-sport training for both high school and collegiate athletes.
He utilizes an evidence-based approach to care, emphasizing therapeutic exercise, core and postural stabilization, manual therapy, and functional movement training. Dr. Daly is committed to ongoing professional development and plans to further advance his expertise by obtaining his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Daly enjoys traveling, spending time on the water, and following his favorite New York sports teams.
Connor Daly, DPT
Dr. Sierra Schrader is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong commitment to helping patients return to the activities they enjoy. Originally from Hopedale, Massachusetts, her interest in physical therapy began at a young age following a basketball injury that introduced her to the rehabilitation process and inspired her to pursue a career in the field.
Dr. Schrader earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Adelphi University, where she was also a member of the women’s basketball team. She went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro College in September 2020.
During her clinical training, Dr. Schrader gained comprehensive experience across a variety of settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, and neurological rehabilitation. She has worked with patients of diverse ages and backgrounds, developing a well-rounded and adaptable clinical approach.
She is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care, with a focus on creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Her approach emphasizes restoring function, promoting long-term wellness, and empowering patients throughout their recovery process.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Schrader enjoys staying active through hiking and volleyball, as well as traveling. She brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm to her work, motivating her patients to lead healthy, active lives.
Sierra Schrader, DPT
